Mr. Arifin is the Technical Director of A&Z Technologies Ltd., having 32 years experience and bringing a wealth of expertise in Power & Energy, automation and control systems, PLC, SCADA, HMI. With a deep understanding of industrial automation, he specializes in optimizing complex systems to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance across various sectors. His extensive experience in power generation and process control allows him to provide innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the industry.
His exceptional analytical and critical thinking abilities enable him to lead with foresight and precision, driving the company’s technical direction and strategy. CHAIRMAN & HR DIRECTOR
Ms. Habiba is the HR Director and Chairman of A&Z Technologies Ltd. A seasoned leader with extensive expertise in Human Resources, HR Management Information Systems, and Learning and Development across diverse industries, she is instrumental in shaping the company’s human capital strategy.
Her comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices is complemented by a sharp business acumen, allowing her to align talent development with organizational goals. Under her leadership, A&Z Technologies has cultivated a strong, performance-driven culture, ensuring sustained growth and long-term success. HABIBUS SHARIF
DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR
Habibus Joined the Company in February 2020 as a Business Strategy Consultant where he was directly under the Supervision of the Managing Director up until January 2022 where he was given the role of Business Operations Manager under which he accomplished a number of projects and uplifted the company’s name to the national industry. Finally after shear commitment and hard work he was appointed as the Deputy Managing Director of A&Z Technologies Ltd. in March 2023, with the primary objective of driving and revitalizing the company’s IT and Automation sector. A graduate in Computer Science, he is committed to leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to bring innovation to the company’s project management systems. Currently, he is leading efforts to integrate AI into the company’s Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects to optimize efficiency and enhance project outcomes.
In addition to his strategic role, Habibus oversees the IT team, ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cybersecurity, and ERP systems. His well-rounded expertise also extends to the fields of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, contributing to a holistic approach in advancing the company’s technological capabilities.
